Conversant with most forms of International contracts particularly the F.I.D.I.C. forms along with the standard U.K. forms. Fully experienced in working as a member of joint venture or consortium and working for diverse nationalities e.g. Italian, Egyptian, Dutch and Japanese. Prepared/defended claims for extensions of time, additional loss and expense and scope of work variations etc. and has prepared and presented claims and expert witness evidence to both Arbitration and Mediation tribunals. He also has a proven track record of seeing jobs through to completion.
