Managing Director Allon Hill
Allon has held Partnership and VP positions within some of the World’s top tier construction commercial and claims practices,’ operating across the UK and Middle East. Allon has conducted inspections, review plans, and ensure compliance with building regulations and his goal is to provide clear guidance to developers and property owners, ensuring projects meet the highest safety and efficiency standards. An industry recognised strategic business advisor, and experienced Quantum Claims Manager, Commercial Director, and Quantity Surveyor. He has over 30 years’ experience on the international stage.
His experience has influenced the commercial management and dispute resolution arena, aligned with both contracting and multi-disciplinary consulting practices working on major projects. He specialises in managing large departments, teams, and business units along with implementing, pursuing, and defending construction contracts and claim documents.
Allon also specialises in Mediation services and recovery of legacy debt.

Hayley Gent is a seasoned Commercial Manager with a decade of Quantity Surveying experiance in utility and civil engineering. Holding a Law degree and an HNC in Construction Management, along with three years of Senior Management expertise, she excels on collaborating with diverse range of stkeholders, from StatutoryUtility Companies to Local Government and Tier 1 Contractors.
Hayley's skill set covers estimating, budget management, contract negotiation (NEC, JCT, bespoke), and project management. Assistant Quantity Surveyor Rita Joseph
Rita is a dedicated professional with an MSc in Quantity Surveying and a BTech in Civil Engineering. She excels in quantity take-offs, construction economics, project management, and contract administration.
Rita has prepared cost estimates, cash flow forecasts, and tender documents for projects valued between £1M and £5M, adhering to JCT and NEC standards. She ensures budget control and efficient procurement, and has reduced waste by 10% through site visits.
Her diverse project portfolio includes HMOs, commercial and residential extensions, and warehouse refurbishments. In Berlin, she collaborated on a multidisciplinary team for an adaptive reuse project, applying her cost planning and estimation skills.

Senior Quantity SurveyorMichael Hill
Michael is a skilled, reliable and highly qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years of International experience mainly in an Arabic environment in both the Middle East and North Africa, working on behalf of Contractors, Consultants and Specialist Subcontractors on projects ranging from construction, civil engineering, mechanical & electrical engineering and rail works. Conversant with most forms of International contracts particularly the F.I.D.I.C. forms along with the standard U.K. forms. Fully experienced in working as a member of joint venture or consortium and working for diverse nationalities e.g. Italian, Egyptian, Dutch and Japanese. Prepared/defended claims for extensions of time, additional loss and expense and scope of work variations etc. and has prepared and presented claims and expert witness evidence to both Arbitration and Mediation tribunals.
He also has a proven track record of seeing jobs through to completion.
